Bell or shaker
Small drum or container
Sticks (for tapping)
Scarves or cloth (optional blindfold)
Instructions:
Take children to an open space or classroom area.
Ask them to listen carefully to sounds around them (voices, footsteps, objects moving).
Introduce sound directions:
In front
Behind
Beside (left/right)
Near / far
Make a sound using an instrument from different positions.
Invite children to guess:
“Where is the sound coming from?”
Enrichment: Create simple patterns:
Left → Right → Left
Near → Far → Near
Front → Behind → Front
