Peanut butter or jelly
Children’s lunchbox fruits/snacks (raisins, banana slices, strawberries, grapes, seeds, etc.)
Plastic knives
Plates
Paper and markers
Instructions:
Invite children to look inside their lunchboxes and choose fruits or snacks they can use to decorate their cookies.
Children spread jelly on the cookie. Then, they use the food from their lunchbox to create designs, faces, patterns, or pictures.
After decorating, children draw their cookie creation on paper.
