Show the poster with visuals: "Look at these pictures! These are some ways to be a good listener."
Role play the game. Start playing Simon Says, but intentionally break the rules.
Encourage children to express how listening makes them feel—either happy, understood, or even sad when they’re not listened to.
Make specific instructions, like jump 4 times, find 2 leaves, and dance.
End with a freeze and dance song, where kids can practice attentive listening.
