What Can You Create With Shapes

Materials:

• Print or paper cutouts of different shapes (squares, circles, triangles, rectangles)

• Crayons, markers, glue. 

• Paper for creating their art

Instructions:

• Begin by reviewing basic shapes with the students: circle, square, triangle, and rectangle.

• Hold up one shape at a time and ask: “What can this shape become if we use our imagination?”

• Give each child one or more shapes and invite them to create something new
