What makes you unique?

Materials:

• Drawing paper, crayons or markers, various collage materials (fabric scraps, yarn, buttons, etc.), glue, printed photo of the child

Instructions:

1. Invite each student to create a self-portrait using various art materials.

2. Help the student print and glue their photo in one corner of their artwork.

3. Encourage the student to describe their portrait or share what makes them special with the class.
