Who are the boys and girls in our class?

Materials:

• Picture chart or name tags of boys and girls in the class

• Counting cards or number cards

• Small objects or counters

Instructions:

1. Show the children the pictures or name tags of boys and girls in the class.

2. Ask the children to count how many boys there are and then how many girls.

3. Use counting cards to match the number of boys and girls and place the corresponding counters
