Materials:

• Aprons, chef hats

• Pots, pans, bowls, spoons

• Empty food containers

• Measuring cups and spoons

• Tables set as kitchen and restaurant

Instructions:

• Invite students to transform the dramatic play area into a kitchen and restaurant. 

• Children rotate roles, take orders, prepare pretend fruit recipes, measure ingredients, and write or draw what they are making.
