Cut fruits (banana, mandarin)
EEC Place mat , large laminated “train track” strip or long tray
Picture pattern cards (AB, AAB, ABC)
Child-safe tongs
Instructions:
Children pick a pattern card (e.g., banana–strawberry–banana–strawberry).
Using tongs, they place fruits in a line on the “train track.”
They continue the pattern independently.
When finished, they explain their pattern to a friend.
