Instructions:
Display pre-taken pictures of children of each classroom mimicking different pleasant and unpleasant situations (e.g.: fell down and has an ouchie, they sent their favorite snack from home).
Make sure that the pictures and situations reflect in their faces emotions like: happy, excited, calm, sad, angry, scared, worried, shy/ashamed, lonely.)
Encourage children to choose a picture.
Discuss the picture with the kid and make Powerful Interactions.
Encourage children to choose pictures of both their friends and peers with whom they have limited interaction or occasional conflicts.
Invite them to play and to identify any of the emotions they saw in the pictures.
