What steps should I follow to put my bottoms on?

Instructions:
Sit down.
Hold your bottoms by the waistband, look for a label at the back.
Lower bottoms and lift one leg into the hole.
Put the other leg into the second hole.
Pull bottoms up to your knees.
Stand up and pull bottoms up to your waist.
Help your child perform the first steps and have him/her perform the last one, backchaining.
