What can you create
with bouncy balloons?

Instructions:

1. Gather your materials: some balloons, paint, paint palette, and large white paper.

2. Get your lungs ready, we need to blow a few balloons, not too big.

3. Squirt some paint in your palette.

4. Dip your balloons into the paint and bounce them all over the paper.
