Movement MAZE

Obj. 4, 5, 6

Instructions:

  1. Please gather the color masking tape from the box.

  2. Ask what area you could use for the movement maze.

  3. Start building different paths. You can identify different movements associated with it. (using both feet, using one, hoping, crawling, jumping, skippining etc)

  4. Use your movement maze for brain brakes, energy release, team building, and confidence.

  • Let’s find a spot for our movement maze.

  • What colors of tape did we get from school?

  • Let’s imagine how our path can be…

  • What movements should we include? (Zigzag, hoping, jumping, what else?

  • Should we try it?

  • Can you think of any new movement to add on to.
